Apple Watch Series 12 introduces an all-new Health Sensing System designed to provide more accurate heart rate sensing. Its new optical heart rate sensor enables high-frequency background heart rate tracking every five seconds throughout the day, helping provide more detailed insights into your health and recovery.

Series 12 also supports ECG, Blood Oxygen, high and low heart rate notifications, irregular rhythm notifications, wrist temperature sensing and sleep tracking.

More frequent heart rate variability measurements also provide additional insights into stress and recovery, while the Vitals app brings together key health metrics including heart rate, respiratory rate, wrist temperature, sleep duration and HRV.

Up to 24 Hours of Battery Life

Apple Watch Series 12 delivers up to 24 hours of battery life during normal use and up to 38 hours in Low Power Mode. Fast charging can charge the battery from 0 to 80% in around 30 minutes, while approximately 15 minutes of charging provides up to 12 hours of normal use.
